We love working with our clients to customize their Charcuterie Cart beyond our Traditional Menu. Our Carts are fully customizable and preferences may be accommodated. Want a spicy salami, a different vegetable, a flavored cheese, or a purely sweet bar? Let us know!

A flat top counter is also available for the Cart if you prefer to offer a more grab-and-go experience such as charcuterie cups or cones, salad jars, or desserts. We'll work with your vision to curate the perfect interactive experience for your guests!

Our dessert cart is a sweet, interactive experience, thoughtfully styled and filled with curated treats designed to delight guests and elevate every celebration. Choose a sweets-only charcuterie spread, or a specially designed dessert platter offering matching the theme and aesthetic of your event. Dessert charcuterie $15 per person, or dessert platter option starting at $7 per person.

Our Traditional Cart Menu has a flat rental fee of $250, plus $15 per person. Our Cart serves a minimum of 20 people.

Pricing includes setup, teardown, and 2 hours of service by a Platter and Bloom team member. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking with the remaining balance due 2 weeks before your event.

An additional travel fee may be added at our discretion for locations over an hour away from our prep kitchen.

Specialty items may require an additional fee.

Our Cart rental fee includes 2 hours of staffing by a Platter and Bloom team member.

We can create carts that are seasonal, themed, or even a purely dessert cart. Just ask!

Our Grazing Table Menu typically includes cured meats, artisanal cheeses, gourmet crackers and breads, olives, nuts, dried fruit, fresh fruit/veggies, spreads, jams, and more!

We also love crafting tables around your favorite foods. We often create Grazing Tables that focus on just cheese and fruit, only desserts, purely savory, and more!
