Platter & Bloom Online Order Terms
- Cancellation and Refund Policy: Our planning process for each order begins the moment it is received. By purchasing this product, the payer acknowledges that once they receive email confirmation of their order, no refunds will be issued for cancellations requested less than 24 hours of the scheduled order date on order now orders. For custom orders, the refund and cancellation policy stands as outlined in proposal, when payer pays deposit, indicating agreement to terms.
- Delivery Policy: Our delivery service is based on your zip code distance from our kitchen (anytime between 10 am - 5pm) and fees will be added on automatically at checkout to order now orders. Other pick up and delivery arrangements may be made at our discretion and must be confirmed in writing by Platter and Bloom. It is the responsibility of the gift giver to notify the recipient of their perishable goods. If failure to communicate with recipient brings forth an issue with delivery, Platter and Bloom assumes no fault for any undeliverable good.
